About
Where this started
I didn’t grow up thinking I’d start something like this. For years I stuck to what felt “safe.” A corporate job. A structure. Things that were fine on paper, but didn’t feel like mine. Then life shoved me out of that safety net — and into therapy. That was the beginning.
Dear Inner Chaos was born from the mess that followed. From anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, and the quiet hope that maybe I could feel more like myself again. I started creating tools that helped me stay connected to that version of myself. And eventually, I wanted to share them.
Who This Is For
You don’t need to be broken to need support.
You don’t need to be in crisis to want tools that help you understand yourself better.
These products are for people who want to take a breath and look inward. Who are open to reflecting, curious about why they feel the way they do, and ready to try things that might help.
Whether you’ve done years of therapy, just started, or haven’t told anyone what’s going on in your head — you’re welcome here.

Created by The Eternal Seeker
I go by The Eternal Seeker — not because I’ve found all the answers, but because I’ve never stopped asking the questions that matter.
I’m someone who feels things deeply — and then shrinks them down before anyone sees. Who carries too much inside, but often says “it’s fine” out loud. For a long time, I thought that was just how it had to be.
Anxiety has been part of my life for over a decade. Panic attacks, overstimulation, avoidance, self-doubt — all familiar territory. And attention issues? Let’s just say I’ve rewritten this paragraph five times while checking three apps and the weather forecast. I don’t have it all figured out. But I’ve learned how to slow down, be a bit more honest with myself, and create tools that help me stay grounded. Not perfectly. Just better than before.
These tools weren’t built from some polished life strategy. They came from wanting something that felt human. Something that didn’t assume I had energy, motivation, or perfect focus every single day.
